The House:
From the moment you lay eyes on this unique property you will be charmed. Built as a labor of love, there is nevertheless an uncommon attention to detail evident throughout the home. The warm wooden interiors will sooth your soul, and the finished tree trunks which act as ornate columns will connect you with the sylvan surroundings you find yourself in. The large open plan spaces give such an airy feel, and yet there is still a cozy nook in which to entertain guests around the large dining table. Soak up the long summer evenings on the enormous and immaculate deck where the unobstructed views take in Bowen Island to the east and the San Juan islands to the south.

The Studio:
Host your guests in the eclectic, open-plan 625 square foot Studio. Nestled among the trees with large windows looking in to the forest, there is a deep sense of peace and calm here. It includes a wood burning fireplace and a full bathroom with a 375 square foot deck.
The Garden:
The garden is tiered with 4 levels and situated on a south-facing hillside. Comprising approximately 100’x100’  it is completely fenced in with high-tensile game fencing and two large entrance gates. Part of the garden is raised beds which yield a variety of fruits and vegetables. There is an eclectic mixture of palms, banana, apple, fig, wisteria, rose and arbutus trees throughout the garden. It also features a small rustic greenhouse about 8’x8’ and another garden/storage shed about 12’x6’. The majority of soil was barged over from the mainland. There are also approximately 40 varieties of BC wine grape vines, red and white, throughout the property.
